Hated it as a child, in fact hated any desserts, my birthday parties were surreal savoury fantasies conjured up by my very talented grandmother. Today I have found a smidgeon of sweetness is desirable, especially the taste of chocolate, but the the texture of jelly is just something else…………………….. especially when made by Bompass and Parr, they have taken jelly making to another level !!
