Beauty for a New Year

This video is so beautiful to watch, a real feast for the eyes. Its 10 minutes long, grab a coffee and sit down and watch, it’s really worth it !

Day 14 gratitude for the things I love around my home. This little painting came to me in Evreti, Greece. Inspired by a collage i made that took its source from Ithaca, olive trees and the wild flowers. Painted in acrylic The colours just formulated themselves and turned out quite prophetic, my new home is being transformed with this colour pallete and this was even before it was unpacked!!

Day 13. Gratitude for the things I love around my home. My Mesa, prayer bundle . Usually wrapped in a Peruvian hand woven cloth. Here my Mesa is open. All these stones represent a powerful journey through transformational ceremonies and amassed over several years. they hold powerful healing medicine and have been with me through thick and thin. They are fundamental to my daily spiritual practice .

Day 12 , gratitude for the little things around my home. My little friends.

Day 11. Gratitude for the things I love around my home. Books, books, books, rows and rows of them. I downsized before I moved donating 80% of my collection , mainly design and interior books. All in the past now, no looking back

Oh dear all in a middle with my gratitude days, had two Day 8’s so imagine this is Day 1O. A handful of treasured finds from my travels far and wide

Gratitude for the things I love around my home . Day 8. Treasures bought back from Hydra. A Greek island paradise, no cars, scooters, just donkies or a sea taxi. captain Stomatis would come and pick me up every morning so I could pick up fresh bread, some lovely huge juicy tomatoes , feta and olives. Then bring me back to my villa where I wrote , climbed down some very precarious steps to a little swimming platform, just rested up in the shade of a tree or beach combed hunting for sea glass. Really happy memories and the start of my annual stay in Greece. This year it’s on hold
